- The level you reach in a month applies to all your purchases the following month.
- You only drop one level at a time: a quieter month does not wipe out your benefits.

I changed or lost my phone.
Come to the counter or message us: an agent switches the old phone off and sends you a new link. Your purchases and level are kept.
How is my level calculated?
We add up your purchases for the month, 1st to last day. The level reached sets your discount for the whole following month. Your card shows what is missing for the next level.
Can the discount be combined with other offers?
No: the higher discount applies. On resold products (stationery, supplies), the discount is capped at 3%.
I am a company, a firm or a school.
Choose “Business” in the form. From 50,000 DZD a month, the copyfen PRO level opens business terms on request: invoicing, volumes, lead times.
What do you do with my data?
Name, number and email are only used to manage your card. They are never sold or shared. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
