copyfen collects the minimum needed to prepare your quotes and run your loyalty card, never sells or rents your data, and you may at any time see it, have it corrected, object to it or withdraw your consent.
1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect, and why

Fields marked with a star are required: without them we cannot prepare the quote or create the card. The others are optional.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or exchange your data.
- We set no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers.
- We send you commercial offers only if you asked for them through a separate box, and you can stop them at any time.
4. Your rights
You may at any time access your data, have it corrected, object to its processing or withdraw your consent. Write to us or come to the counter with proof of identity: we answer within ten days.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Counter access is by named account, with one password per agent. Loyalty card codes change every 30 seconds and work only on the phone that activated the card.
6. Applicable law
Algerian law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented by law no. 25-11 of 24 July 2025.
